I read about Vanessa on the Nextdoor ap for my town. Her reviews were excellent. I interviewed her and hired her and she completed the deep cleaning today - which is the big initial cleaning. Vanessa and team were awesome with the deep cleaning and carpet cleaning done at our place. She was responsive and made whole experience very easy. Even with the cleaning, they made sure that the job done was professionally and we were satisfied with the results. She even revisited and did another quick cleaning (at no cost) after movers moved the furniture. We would recommend Vanessa and team to anyone who is looking to get house or carpet cleaning for their home. They go out of their way to do a great job!

I had my lovely new house cleaned three times by three different companies before finding Luminous Cleaning and Vanessa. Vanessa and her team are by far the best service I used. They were considerate, reliable and thorough. They also know what they are doing! I really appreciate the extra effort Vanessa made - my kitchen floors look brand new. The other cleaners never went beyond simply mopping. Vanessa used a brush and really worked to get the floors to sparkle. I will be utilizing Luminous Cleaning for monthly cleaning - I look forward to our continued relationship. Thank you, Vanessa!
